The Induction PRO cooking zone is 8.5” in diameter, so it is best used with cookware that is at least 5” in diameter but no larger than 10”. Cookware used on the Induction PRO should have a flat, smooth, and INDUCTION READY base.
Want to see if your cookware is induction compatible? Just take a fridge magnet and stick it to the bottom of the cookware, if it sticks, it’ll work!
Always remember to place the cookware you’re using in the center of the cooking zone, this will guarantee the best contact with the copper coils beneath the glass surface. Once the cookware heats up, you can get cooking!
